By becoming a member of VillageFarmGrocery.com you are agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed below. These terms and conditions also apply to the casual browser (the term member also stands for the casual browser wherever applicable). We have tried to keep this legal necessity as simple as possible. Delivery & Return Policy

We are constantly working to locate local vendors to expand our services, Currently we only deliver in Manhattan. To receive delivery you must live in a residential apartment or home. The owner of the credit card used while placing the order must be present to sign off the delivery.

Security of our employees/contractors is very important to us; VillageFarmGrocery.com and its vendors reserves rights to refuse service or cancel a delivery if the location of the delivery is not safe at its sole discretion.

In the case of inclement weather, or unforeseen delivery complications, it may be necessary to make adjustments to the delivery, which will cause us to alter chosen delivery dates and times. If there will be a significant delay, The vendor's customer service representative may call or e-mail you to let you know the status of your delivery.

Substitution for Stockouts.

VillageFarmGrocery.com and it vendors reserves the right to substitute alternates to products that are in equal values to the products ordered and those that resemble the attrributes of the product in case of temporary Stock outs or Manufacturer Stockouts. The team will make all attempts to communicate with the customers however, if for any reason we reserve the right to substitue at our discretion when we are unable to make the contact. No compensation can be made for stockouts. We will attempt to make it the highest level of satisfaction achievable.

In situations where substitution of a product is not possible, nygrocery will issue you a credit which can be used towards any future purchases.

Deals and Price.

In store and online price can differ on same product. Price difference is maintained to promote in store or online sale hence online prices cannot be matched with instore prices or vice versa

Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages

By law, purchasers of alcoholic beverages must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. You may not legally order any alcoholic beverages unless you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Furthermore, you may not purchase alcoholic beverages for anyone who is under the age of twenty-one (21). You must present identification and proof of age at the time of delivery to receive alcoholic beverages. VillageFarnGrocery.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove alcoholic beverages, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Purchase of Cigarettes and Tobacco products

By law, purchasers of cigarettes and tobacco must at least twentyone (21) years of age. You may not legally order any Cigarettes and Tobacco products unless you are at least twentyone (21) years of age. Furthermore, you may not purchase cigarettes and tobacco products for anyone who is under the age of eighteen (18). You must present identification and proof of age at the time of delivery to receive Cigarettes and Tobacco products. VillageFarmGrocery.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove Cigarettes and Tobacco products, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Return Policy

Order once delivered cannot be returned unless the product is defective. If the product is defective it cannot be exchanged for a different kind or flavor. Prior to returning of any product a Return Authorization is required; please call our customer service at 212-475-7521 for further details.

Restocking Fees

For any reason the pre scheduled order is cancelled a 50% restocking fee will be applied. Pre-scheduled order is any order where the order date and the delivery date are different.
